Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our clients team. In this role, you are responsible for scheduling and quoting services within the Service department. It will involve frequent contact with customers, Authorized Service Providers (ASP’s) and the outside sales team. You will be responsible with respect to coordinating and delivering services to the clients customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling all services; startups, product replacements, and emergency repairs that are won with an Authorized Service Provider network or Field Technicians.
  • Scheduling the required parts to be shipped with the service order or job to ensure arrival of parts on time to complete the job.
  • Coordination of start-ups between Authorized Service Providers, Field Technicians and the customer.
  • Maintain records in the ERP system (EPICOR is a plus) as required.
  • Quoting services as required by the customer, a service trip report or a recommendation from the field service team or management.
  • Track all incoming calls and emails from customers to ensure a response is provided quickly. Verify that these items are brought to closure.

Requirements

  • Highly organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, courtesy and tact.
  • Proactive and can work independently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Good problem-solving skills and be very detailed in their work to ensure accuracy.
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
  • Proficiency with Epicor and Infor CRM are preferred but not required.
