You must be a professional and reliable self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You must also be highly organized and deadline-oriented with strong multitasking skills and excellent attention to detail. Personal strengths required: Ability to learn, open-minded, flexibility to embrace change and an eager attitude along with integrity and honesty. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accurately  and efficiently perform  warehouse duties 
  •  Quality Procedures (QP's) and job specific duties as described in TWL and/or SXe
  • Adhere to applicable Policies and Procedures (PPD's) and all work rules as found in the GT Midwest Employee Handbook
  • Complete Haz-Mat training and follow all applicable regulations
  • Complete fork  lift training  and operate forklift equipment safely

Driving and Delivering product to customer 

 Communicate with Warehouse Management of any problems, questions, or other concerns 

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Clean driving record required

Experience in  shipping, receiving, or  warehousing operations

Experience with material handling equipment

Experience working in a customer oriented, fast paced operation

Experience with RF scanning operations a plusLanguage Skills

Must be able to read, write, and communicate orally in English to co-workers, managers, and possibly customers or vendors 


Computer Skills

Basic computer skills are needed to access different programs in the GT ERP system

Familiarization with different types of printers is helpful

Daily use of addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division will be necessary

Calculating square footage product will be necessary

Understanding use of decimals and/or fractions will be necessary 


Physical Demands

Warehouse Team Members will be required to use hands and arms  to grab, feel, lift, push, reach;  Other physical activities will include walking, standing, bending, and  squatting

Employees will be required to repetitively lift up to 60 lbs
