As a privately held, customer-focused company rooted in Monroe, WI, we’re looking for a Product Assistant to join our Apparel Division and help shape the future of our product assortments. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on details, and wants to be part of a fast-moving merchandising environment where products come to life. What You’ll Do As a Product Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Merchandising and Sourcing teams throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll help bring products to life—from setup and testing to catalog readiness—while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities: • Product & Vendor Data Management: Ensure accurate product setup, testing, and personalization readiness across systems and teams. • Sample Coordination: Manage sample tracking, facilitate reviews and approvals, and support photo sample preparation. • Catalog & Web Preparation: Assist in preparing product data and visuals for catalog and web, ensuring clarity and consistency across brands. • Calendar & Process Management: Support seasonal planning milestones, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
