Position: Apparel Account Coordinator

About Us:

We’re Miami Mixed Media a creative apparel production company proudly rooted in the heart of Miami’s Little River business district.

For over 11 years, we’ve built a reputation as one of Miami’s most innovative and reliable print and embroidery houses partnering with clothing brands, artists, businesses, and creators to bring their ideas to life.

At MMM, we specialize in pushing the limits of custom apparel through premium screen printing, embroidery, DTG printing, specialty techniques, and live customization events.

  • Communicate project details with our production team
  • Organize artwork files and production information
  • Follow up with potential customers and existing accounts
  • Help customers understand timelines and expectations
  • Build long-term relationships with brands and businesses
  • Learn the behind-the-scenes process of apparel manufacturing

Who We’re Looking For:

The perfect person for this role:

  • Loves fashion, streetwear, apparel, branding, or design
  • Understands different clothing styles and trends
  • Knows the difference between a basic promotional shirt and a premium garment
  • Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
  • Has strong writing and communication skills
  • Is organized and can manage multiple projects at once
  • Pays attention to small details
  • Takes initiative without needing constant direction

Skills:

What Makes This Position Different:

You’re not just answering emails.

You’ll learn how clothing brands are built, how products are made, and how ideas turn into real products.

You’ll work around embroidery machines, screen printing presses, designers, creators, and brands every day.

If you’ve ever wanted to be part of the apparel world this is where you learn it.
