The App Review Board team is a critical part of the App Review process, serving as a dedicated resource for developers to appeal decisions, receive detailed feedback on their app's review, and suggest changes to the guidelines. We investigate appeals across all platforms and guidelines, collaborate closely with App Review, and partner with internal teams to address developer concerns effectively. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional developer experience by handling every appeal with expertise, integrity, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes.
This role demands a detail-oriented mindset, strong investigative skills, a comprehensive understanding of the App Review Guidelines, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in App Review or a comparable field
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong background in customer service and conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
