The App Review team plays a critical role in making the App Store a safe and trusted place to discover apps by reviewing submissions and supporting developers across all Apple platforms...We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead our App Review team. .
We are seeking an experienced operational leader who combines people leadership with structured problem solving and systems thinking. In this role, you will oversee a team focused on app review operations, supporting developers, and partnering cross functionally. You will drive engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through curiosity, data informed insight, and a focus on impact. You will collaborate across Apple to evolve how tools and technology, including automation and AI, support quality, scale, and service, while keeping the human experience at the center.
8 or more years leading large scale operational teams in high volume environmentsExperience developing and managing teamsExperience in supporting developers, policy enforcement, developer relations, or trust and safety domains
Strong analytical skills and a data informed mindset, with the ability to identify trends and guide complex decisionsProven ability to drive thoughtful change and improve outcomes through collaboration and influenceExperience leading operational teams that work closely with tools, automation, and AIExceptional collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across global teamsTrack record of building high performing, engaged teams with shared ownership and strong executionFamiliarity with the App Store ecosystem is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a plus
