Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have, Not Required)
• Experience in DoD acquisition or financial systems (GFEBS, CCaR, etc.) • Familiarity with Dataverse (even if not currently used) • Experience with: o Role-based access and permissions models o Large-scale SharePoint environments • Basic knowledge of: o JavaScript / JSON (for advanced customization) o REST APIs and connectors ________________________________________
Key Traits We’re Looking For
• Problem solver – not someone who escalates everything • Self-sufficient – can operate without constant direction • Practical thinker – understands tradeoffs (SharePoint ≠ SQL, act accordingly) • Mission-focused – understands this supports real-world defense operations ________________________________________
What Success Looks Like
• Apps run faster, and enhance business process
• Flows don’t fail silently
• Data is clean and trustworthy • Users stop complaining and start relying on the system • Leadership actually uses your dashboards
