Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, API Integration to lead the integration of Tapo APIs into enterprise partner platforms. This role will own the full integration lifecycle, ensuring seamless connectivity between Tapo smart home devices and customer ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of smart home technologies with a customer-focused mindset, working closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and partner with internal R&D teams to drive execution. This individual will play a critical role in delivering whole-home smart solutions into real customer environments. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments, demonstrates creativity and strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively drive alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates who may not yet hold a Senior title but demonstrate strong alignment with this profile are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise API integrations for Tapo smart home products and platforms
  • Partner directly with enterprise and B2B customers to understand integration requirements, technical needs, and business objectives
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product and technical solutions for internal R&D and engineering teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions
  • Present technical solutions, integration strategies, and product capabilities to enterprise customers and partners
  • Drive successful deployment of smart home integrations into real-world customer environments and whole-home ecosystems
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment, execution, and delivery timelines are met

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related technical field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience required
  • Experience managing software products, APIs, or platform integrations, preferably within consumer electronics, IoT, smart home, or connected device environments
  • Strong understanding of the API integration lifecycle, including gathering requirements, defining workflows, and driving successful implementation
  • Proven experience writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and translating business needs into technical requirements and actionable deliverables
  • Ability to work closely with engineering and R&D teams to drive execution, prioritize deliverables, and resolve integration challenges
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and solutions to enterprise and B2B partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across multiple departments and remote teams
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
