ICP Group is headquartered in Andover, MA and has manufacturing and distribution sites throughout North America, Latin America, UK, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager with experience in resinous and high-performance coating systems (epoxies, polyurethanes, polyureas, polyaspartics, sealers, and urethane cements). The role will focus on growing our Commercial and Industrial markets by driving new business development, expanding existing customer relationships, and positioning ICPโ€™s leading flooring brands (APF Polymer Surfaces and Super-Krete) as the partner of choice.
Target markets include industrial, commercial, aerospace, food & beverage, electrostatic flooring, and high-end residential projects. Sales channels include contractors, distributors, architects, general contractors, and direct-to-owner accounts.
This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can balance strategic account management with aggressive new business development.
This role is based out of Phoenix, AZ with responsibility for AZ, NV, UT, CO with oversite of MT, WY, NM, KS, SD, ND.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development:
    • Create and execute an Area Growth Plan (AGP) with tactical mapping of customers, competitors, and opportunities.
    • Identify, prospect, and convert competitive specifications into ICP/APF brand solutions.
    • Develop strong relationships across the owner โ†’ architect โ†’ GC โ†’ installer sales cycle.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Generate quotes, estimates, and technical proposals for commercial and industrial flooring projects.
    • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities, with a goal of 3+ quotes per week and 1+ closed order per week.
    • Deliver engaging presentations, lunch & learns, and live product demonstrations.
  • Customer Growth & Training:
    • Provide in-person and virtual training to contractors, architects, and owners.
    • Conduct flooring evaluations and create value-added solutions for clients.
    • Perform regular visits with top 10 accounts (minimum twice per year) and maintain a full call cycle across the territory.
  • Account Management:
    • Support accounts with A/R follow-up and coordinate technical support for installations.
    • Track opportunities, activities, and performance metrics through Salesforce CRM (daily/weekly reporting).
    • Manage territory SG&A expenses responsibly and submit timely expense reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience: 5+ years in resinous flooring, decorative concrete, or high-performance coatings.
  • Proven success closing commercial, industrial, and high-value projects.
  • Strong understanding of urethane cement, moisture mitigation, and decorative flooring systems.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, pipeline development, and competitive conversion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage objections (price, technical concerns, etc.), and deliver results.
  • Ability to travel
