Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Willow Crossings Apartments in Terre Haute, IN


Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with emergency on-call coverage 1 week every 5 weeks

Essential Job Duties:

  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!) 
  • HVAC Working knowledge and Experience 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
