Apartment Service Technician - Colony Square, Springdale, AR

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Community Manager, the Service Technician will:

  • Perform daily maintenance and repair work for apartments, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds.

  • Handle all service requests promptly, aiming to complete each within one business day whenever possible.

  • Maintain the pool and landscaping while ensuring all community areas remain safe and attractive.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to protect the property's long-term value.

Safety-Sensitive Position: This role requires full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute all job duties.

Qualifications
  • HVAC or EPA Certification preferred.

  • Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience, with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and exceptional customer service.

  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist into small areas.

  • Capability to reach overhead for extended periods and perform tasks requiring forward bending.
