Job description

Maintenance Supervisor
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Gateway at the Green apartment community located in Greenville, SC. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve our apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company. Requirements Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience. HVAC certification and working experience required. EPA Certification preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
