About the Role:
As an Apartment Make Ready Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring every vacated apartment is restored to pristine, move-in ready condition. Your hands-on expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and assess vacated apartments, completing thorough make-ready checklists
  • Perform repairs and replacements in a variety of areas, including:
    Drywall, painting, and carpentry
    Electrical and plumbing systems
    Appliance troubleshooting and repair
    Pool maintenance (as needed)
    Windows, doors, locks, shelves, baseboards, and more
  • Test and repair faucets, sinks, and bathtubs as necessary
  • Create new keys and manage lock changes for incoming residents
  • Assist with cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance alongside the team

  • Paneles de yeso, pintura y carpinteria.
  • Sistemas electricos y de fontaneria.
  • Solucion de problemas y reparacion de electrodomestico
  • Mantenimiento de la piscina (segun sea necesario).
  • Ventanas, puertas, cerraduras, estantes, zocalos y mas.
  • Probar y reparar grifos, fregaderos y baneras segun sea necesario.
  • Crear nuevas llaves y gestionar los cambios de cerraduras para los nuevos residentes.
  • Ayudar con la limpieza, el mantenimiento de los jardines y el mantenimiento general junto con el equipo.
