Tarantino Properties is seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of apartment communities in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing, resident relations, rent collections, and administrative operations while helping maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. 



Essential Functions:

  • Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection.
  • Preparation and delivery of all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
  • Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
  • Participate in the leasing activity.
  • File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management.
  • Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
  • Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous incomes / expenses.
  • Keep all lease files current and complete.
  • Take over the Property Manager's responsibilities when Property Manager is not available.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of property management
  • Experience with Onesite software required.
  • Experience with Nationwide Eviction required.
  • Experience with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident ledgers.
  • Experience handling renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident correspondence.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
