About this opportunity
This is a marketing role where the incumbent will be expected to contribute to the brand consumer marketing agenda across APAC. You will have opportunities to understand the APAC consumer, similarities and differences and create synergistic plans with wide regional insight but local execution to create consumer demand and lead demand generation for Invisalign through the relevant consumer touchpoints.

PRIMARY ONWERSHIP
o Lead the Brand and Influencer Marketing agenda for Korea
o Key agency to engage with: creative and media agency partners

o Manage market complexity on language, claims, MAP and legal + RA
o Additionally contribute to broader APAC marketing and be willing to take on additional responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION POWERHOUSE
o Ability to independently lead agency teams
o Power through internal and external complexity to land initiatives on ground
APAC MARKET CHAMPIONSHIP
o Understand the local consumer insights and micro trends, festivities and moments to connect

CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE

o Asset Adaptation and localization

o MAP and legal review
o Claims
TEAM COLLABORATION
o Work closely with the Brand Manager, Invisalign Adults
o Work closely with the Brand Manager, Influencer First

o Work closely with the Brand Enablers team (Media, IT and CRM)

o Ability to deal with a matrix leadership and ensuring market stakeholders are managed well - including Professional marketing counterparts

o Ability to deal with VUCA (volatile uncertain complex and ambiguous) settings as many streams will feature this
o Ability to operate at speed and lead independently, yet be able to pivot and evolve as needed by the leadership

o The consumer organization is a young and evolving team
o The individual performing this role will be open to experimenting,
learning and coping with changes, refinements and updates to ways of working and scope, as and when needed.

Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred, MBA is an added value

High proficiency in English (knowledge of Chinese will be a bonus) and excellent communication skills

Ability to travel on short notice -20%
