Job description

Command International Security Services is seeking reliable and proactive bouncer type Security Guards to help ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises. Must have a VALID GUARD CARD.

Position: Bouncer Type Security Guard
Location: Red Bluff
Shifts Available Below: (Must be open weekends)
10am-3pm
3pm-12pm
Salary: $20-21
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct regular patrols around store when asked and stand posted in assigned areas or patrol in our vehicle to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence ensuring no theft it occuring. This is a inside and vehicle post, you must be willing to do either task.
  • Answering all Walkie Talkie Calls and work alongside AP.
  • Collaborate with on-site personnel to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed.
  • Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations while adhering to company protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities during your shift.
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, assisting with directions and information as required.
Requirements:
  • Bouncer Type
  • Valid CA BSIS Security Guard License.
  • Must have at least 8YRS experience.
  • Must be willing to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be willing to comply with all post orders and in full uniform.
  • Must be willing to work well under stressfull situations. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using technology, including CCTV systems and communication devices.
  • Reliable transportation to Red Bluff.
