AP Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a fun company in Scottsdale who is in search of an AP Specialist.
This is a fully onsite opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and is comfortable preparing and posting journal entries. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The salary is up to $60,000
Responsibilities- Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records, including new vendor setup and updates.
- Process ACH, wire, and check payments.
- Reconcile credit card statements and employee expense reports.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records within QuickBooks Online.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive working relationships.
- Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Experience preparing and posting journal entries is required.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
