Job description


CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for an Accounting Specialist/AP.
As the Accounting Specialist/AP, we are looking for someone who is able to do the following:
• Independently manage all of the AP processes
• Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices
• Prepare accounts payable vouchers to include approvals and account codings
• Review and process expense reports
• Perform weekly check run
• Process monthly subcontractor timesheets
• Work on process improvements
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
• Minimum of three years of Accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint or other GovCon ERP systems
• Extremely detailed in a highly fast environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with whom interaction is required

• BA/BS in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited college/university
• Other education along with commensurate experience may be substituted
Salary range will be $55k-$65K
