AP Health is a fast-growing healthcare services company located in Nashville, TN. We provide clinical staff and services to hospitals, surgeons, and surgery centers. Our corporate office in Green Hills is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Our company values innovation, collaboration, and growth. What you will do:
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, scheduling, and shared executive calendar availability
  • Arrange executive travel, process expense reports, and provide administrative support to company leaders
  • Own day-to-day office operations: supplies, kitchen/breakroom stock and cleaning, vendor relationships, basic facilities coordination
  • Coordinate new hire workspace setup and support People Operations with employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with planning and executing company meetings, events, and team activities, including vendor coordination, invitations, ordering, and day-of logistics
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned

  • 2-4+ years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or executive support
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar management, and expense reporting platforms
