Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct costing and pricing analysis.
  • Generate and post AP and AR invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing AP and AR aging reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and records.
  • Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers as needed.
  • Perform additional accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • 3 years of accounting experience OR a degree in accounting or related field preferred but not required.
