Description:

The Program Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Program Variance Analysis:

  • Program Month Ahead and EOY Forecast review, recommendations, and modeling
  • Program Target Change Request reviews for individual projects
  • Adhoc reporting and deep diving individual projects


Experience: 

  • Former Project Manager (PM), Project Controls Analyst (PCA) or Business Operations Analyst is preferred.
  • Understanding of AO financial structure: PRJ, RET, DET, etc.
  • Power Bi, Power App/Automate and Dataflow basic knowledge is preferred. Advanced is desired.
  • This individual will partner with the Program Managers and work directly with the project PM teams to gather additional insight on projects driving cost and forecast variances. They will also serve as back up to the PGM and be comfortable speaking to the program’s financial performance.

The hiring range for this position is $70 to $82.50 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
