• Manage a personalized caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and trust while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on the clients’ needs and goals, ensuring a person-centered approach in all interactions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation including up-to-date progress notes and treatment evaluations for each client encounter.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client history and treatment needs effectively.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly while utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored for youth populations.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to hone clinical skills and achieve professional goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset in work practices, pursuing continuous quality improvement in clinical service delivery.

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health services to youth clients, including individuals experiencing challenges related to psychiatric disorders and substance abuse. As a clinician at Altitude Mental Health Care, you will work with adolescents and young adults, making a significant impact in their lives by providing necessary interventions and supports. Your clinical expertise will guide therapeutic interventions that enhance overall well-being and promote resilience among youth.

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in accordance with relevant clinical settings.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
• Proficiency in performing assessments, diagnoses, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic keyboarding skills.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practice guidelines for youth treatment.
• Familiarity with community resources and services available for youth in mental health crises.
• Strong skills in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
