Altitude Mental Health Care is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team as a Youth Mental Health Specialist. The selected LPCC will play a vital role in our mental health clinic, responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conducting regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and needs, as well as planning for discharges when appropriate.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Maintaining up-to-date and thorough documentation, including progress notes and assessment reports for each client.
• Conducting initial intake assessments to determine client needs and goals.
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and uphold service delivery standards.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Embracing a growth mindset, continually seeking to enhance therapeutic techniques and outcomes.

This position focuses on supporting youth clients who may be struggling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Our clinic aims to create a safe and nurturing environment where young individuals can access the resources they need to thrive. By employing a holistic approach, our counselors work to engage both clients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in the treatment process.

• Master's Degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Strong background in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and providing individual and group therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills for documentation.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
