Key Responsibilities

The selected LPCC will play a vital role in our mental health clinic, responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conducting regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and needs, as well as planning for discharges when appropriate.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and thorough documentation, including progress notes and assessment reports for each client.
  • Conducting initial intake assessments to determine client needs and goals.
  • Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
  • Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and uphold service delivery standards.
  • Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Embracing a growth mindset, continually seeking to enhance therapeutic techniques and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on supporting youth clients who may be struggling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. By employing a holistic approach, our counselors work to engage both clients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in the treatment process.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or a related field.
