Job description

Job Summary: Patient Consult/Implant Coordinator

The treatment coordinator is a high energy, detailed oriented individual who can answer phones, scheduling, collecting/posting payments and log patient information.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Present comprehensive plan to patients, address patient concerns and answer any questions
  • Process payments, assist with and help arrange 3rd party financing and payment plans
  • Track case acceptance, money collected and report daily/weekly
  • Track and follow up with all patients who have unscheduled treatment
  • Perform general office duties and other duties as required
  • Make appointment, referrals and accurately enters data into systems

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite or similar software’s
  • Detail Oriented
  • Basic Understanding of clerical procedures such as recording keeping and filing
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
Education and Experience:
  • Previous clerical or front office experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
