Job Title
On-Call Registration/Answer Center Support (Applicant Pool)
Job Summary
Working in the Answer Center consists of answering phone calls and helping students, parents, and the community with inquiries related to enrollment services. On-Call staff will also assist the Registration Associates in the Registration Center with face-to-face interactions with students. Provides courteous customer service in-person, on the phone, and for other online processes.
Job Duties
Required Qualifications
1. High school graduate.
2. One (1) year minimum of clerical experience.
3. Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to multitask and be flexible within the work environment.
