OMG23 | Walt Disney Account | Paid Media Only
We're looking for a Search and Social Specialist to join our team at OMG23. You'll help plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more for one of the biggest brands on the planet: Disney.
This is a paid media role. Not content creation. Not community management. You'll live in the data, strategy, and execution trenches.
What You'll Do:
Paid Search and YouTube (Google, Bing, YouTube)
Build and manage paid search from setup to reporting.
Own budgets, bid management, negative keyword strategies, ad creative, and landing page performance
Track, analyze, and optimize based on goals and data
Use tools like Doubleclick Search, and Google Trends to drive decisions
Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc)
Plan and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
Build smart audience targeting strategies and boost client content
Monitor budget pacing, adjust bids, and troubleshoot issues in real time
QA campaigns, report on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
1+ years paid search and paid social (agency or in-house)
Experience with large brand campaigns (bonus if it's in entertainment)
Strong communicator Excellent communication skills both (written, and verbal, client-facing)
Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and adaptable
Analytical mindset. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely with strong presentation skills
Proven team player and works well under pressure
