Job description

Title: Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
  • Draft and maintain marketing collateral (attorney biographies, presentations, website content, brochures, etc.)
  • Management of Firm events such as exhibit shows, conferences, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Assist with developing content for pitches, presentations, proposals, and RFPs
  • Utilize social media platforms to increase traffic and awareness
  • Assist with updating the Firm’s WordPress website
  • Creation and distribution of firm newsletters, client alerts, and other firm emails using Constant Contact
  • Assist in the scheduling, filming/recording, editing, and posting of videos and podcasts, including the writing of descriptions and creation of thumbnails for posting
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations, including templates, graphics, and animations
  • Creation of podcasts and other multi-media content as needed
  • Using social sites to engage potential new clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related experience
  • Law firm marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Basic Graphic Design experience using Canva or Venngage
