POSITIONSUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the office of MissionAnimation through administrative tasks including but not limited to trackingbudgets, assisting on event coordination, communications with the universityand Spiritan community and support of large scale campus events out of theoffice of Mission Animation including Heritage Week and Founders Week.
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing thedepartment budget, preparing budget reports, and monitoring grant accountsassociated with the office.  Also entailssubmitting monthly expense reports in Chrome River and report of businessexpenses. This person is also responsible for submitting SPA's for studentemployees.

Maintain communications with Spiritans on campus and abroad for the purposesof Mission Animation events via email, zoom calls and in person meetings. 

Help as neededat Mission Animation Events including but not limited to feast days, HeritageWeek, and Founders Week.  This willinclude staffing events during regular work hours.
Managing andposting web content for the Mission Animation Office as well as social mediafor the office.

Helping with eventmanagement throughout the year including the booking of rooms, ordering ofcatering, and distribution of advertisements on campus.

Completes other duties as assigned.
