Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a MANAGER - PAYOR CONTRACTING to join our ANI team!
The Manager - Payor Contracting reports to the Vice President Payor Contracting and Network Strategy and is responsible for supporting the negotiation of managed care contracts for all Aspirus Health and Aspirus Network Inc. (ANI). Develops strategies and systems for monitoring and improving levels of reimbursement under managed care and total cost of care agreements. Develops and helps guide processes necessary to comply with government and payer regulations and to support managed care agreements while developing pricing strategies.
HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration, Finance, Business or related field required.
  • Five years with the following experience: payer contract negotiation, charge master system administration, healthcare finance and revenue cycle experience. Two (2) years in a supervisory role preferred.
