We are seeking an experienced Senior Epic Application Analyst โ€“ OpTime / Anesthesia, to join our team of 500 and support our exciting journey. Job Summary

This position functions under the direction of the Application Manager. The Senior Epic Application Analyst โ€“ OpTime / Anesthesia provides advanced system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications, including Epic OpTime and Anesthesia workflows. This role is responsible for the design, build, optimization, integration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of these applications across the organization.

The Senior Epic Application Analyst โ€“ OpTime / Anesthesia demonstrates expert-level knowledge of systems analysis, clinical workflow, and Epic configuration, with the ability to independently manage complex initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert for perioperative and anesthesia operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project planning sessions, establishing project goals, milestones, and procedures, and managing multiple projects with high levels of complexity.
  • Inspire and partner with project leaders and leadership teams to meet deadlines, drive optimization efforts, and support futurestate perioperative strategies.
  • Spearhead largescale projects, provide strategic guidance, and mentor intermediate and junior analysts to ensure consistency, quality, and longterm success of application support.

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
