Our work spans branding and marketing strategy, sales optimization, operational efficiency, policy and regulatory analysis, financial modeling, data science, and more. Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics practice. Senior Business Analysts will work in 2–5-person project teams to conduct data analysis and research to help develop strategic recommendations for our clients. We are looking for individuals who are excited to analyze data, build predictive models, investigate complex processes, research new technologies, develop strategies, and communicate clear recommendations to clients in a fun, fast paced environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What You’ll Bring
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a strategy and/or analytics role, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference for quantitative course work
  • Passion for problem-solving and working with data
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans and execute well-documented analyses
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to proactively set and execute priorities
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Proficiency in conducting well-sourced research
Additional Skills We Value
  • Exposure to consulting and/or working with client stakeholders
  • Experience working on projects in the TMT (Technology, Media, & Telecommunications) industry
  • Exposure building businesses cases and/or financial models
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, or Alteryx
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint
  • Ability to produce and present client-ready, executive-level deliverables
  • Degree in Business, Economics or related
