  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support data extraction, validation, integrations, and reporting
  • Design, build, and maintain operational and analytical reports from the BlueCherry ERP, developing deep familiarity with its data structures, tables, and reporting capabilities
  • Support the migration from on-premises Microsoft Dynamics to Dynamics 365 (cloud), including reporting continuity, data validation, and API-based integration between Dynamics 365 and BlueCherry
  • Create and maintain process flows, user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and system documentation
  • Act as a liaison between business users, developers, vendors, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations, system interfaces, workflow automation, and reporting solutions
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of system changes
  • Assist with release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Implement and manage Power BI row-level security (RLS), object-level security (OLS), workspace roles, app audiences, and dataset/report permissions in alignment with governance standards
  • Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and process standardization efforts
  • Facilitate meetings, requirements workshops, and discussions to drive project outcomes.

  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications, reporting platforms, or data solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query/M) and writing advanced SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization).
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn unfamiliar ERP systems and their underlying data models; prior BlueCherry (CGS) experience is not expected but is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production deployments.
