Job description

Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are looking for a hands-on BI Reporting Analyst with strong analytical skills and proficiency in modern BI tools to build interactive dashboards, generate reports, and empower stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards in Tableau to track business KPIs and operational outcomes.
• Write complex queries and build data models using Sigma Computing to support self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and clinical teams to understand reporting needs and deliver ad-hoc analyses.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau / Sigma Computing
• Excellent analytical skills – ability to reason with data and identify root causes.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
