Job Summary:
4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst I to support project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role involves providing analytical, administrative, and process support to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
• Support project teams across all phases of the gated project management lifecycle
• Update and maintain the estimate log, including: Assignment of estimates, Conceptual designs, Other deliverables requested by project stakeholders
• Create, document, and maintain processes for: Project onboarding, Metrics and reporting, Development and tracking of deliverables
• Assist in continuous improvement of project support workflows
• Create and update Contractor Work Authorizations (CWAs)
• Perform contractor invoice reconciliation, including: Review of account allocations, Verification of supporting documentation, Coordination with Team Leaders for approval
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project and financial controls
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team leaders, contractors, and stakeholders
• Track deliverables, approvals, and required actions to support timely project execution
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in a project analyst, project coordinator, or similar role
• Knowledge of gated project management processes
• Strong computer skills with experience using relevant software tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
