Job description

Ryde Technologies is staffing for a Deputy Program Manager (PM) to lead the Army TENCAP SETA program supporting the Product Manager TENCAP (PdM TENCAP). PdM TENCAP falls under Program Executive Office – Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S) and chartered with the responsibility of executing the Army’s TENCAP program. Army TENCAP's mission is to enable the Army to rapidly exploit and influence National capabilities and architectures. Army TENCAP conducts advanced development and rapid prototyping to enhance, inform, and modernize Army capabilities. 

The DPM will work on-site at the U.S. Army Geospatial Center in Alexandria, VA and lead a 40+ personel team supporting the PdM TENCAP staff and is responsible for all work required under the contract scope of work.

 The general tasks for this position will be to:

  • Assist in identifying requirements and solutions in close coordination with PdM TENCAP leadership and stakeholders
  • Analyze program requirements and emerging priorities, and allocate personnel and resources to best meet all the tasks and deliverables.
  • Serve as Senior Analyst/Subject Matter Expert.

 Qualifications:

 Clearance Requirement:

Must have an active Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) security clearance.

 Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of project management experience working on DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs/projects
    Experience must include a minimum of eight years experience in the DoD or IC in an acquisition project management position leading integrated teams consisting of engineers, analysts, financial, and project management personnel.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic Military Service environment.

Education/Certifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline (12 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work)
  • Recommended: DAU Level III certification in Program Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
