Workforce Data Strategy (Data Management & Business Intelligence): Develop role-based dashboards, workforce models, and predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making.  Development of Power BI and Tableau dashboards, structured data governance, and enterprise reporting.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Workforce Data Strategy delivering Workforce Planning & Strategic Human Capital Analytics - Training Analytics & Optimization through Lead strategy | manage delivery | enable insights.  Further, they Oversee workforce data strategy initiatives, manage dashboards, predictive analytics, and governance.
