As a Manager, Strategy, Growth on the Business Finance team, you will work with industry leaders to strengthen your analytical and industry skills while developing and implementing innovative solutions that help clients address complex profitability and financial analytics challenges.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in profitability reporting, costing, allocations, finance transformation, financial planning and analysis, or management consulting
  • 4+ years of experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data sets from multiple sources
  • 4+ years of experience building cost and profitability models and using SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) or other profitability analytics solutions
  • 4+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, client deliverables, and junior team members
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 to $265,600.
