As a Manager within the Measurement & Analytics practice at A&G you will provide mid-level leadership of data & analytic services in support of our clients' marketing efforts to make their programs smarter and more impactful. You will maximize our clients' return on marketing investment through ongoing program measurement, disciplined in-market testing, and results-based performance management. From acquisition, to retention, to winback, you will transform multi-channel data into actionable integrated marketing intelligence, while building cross-functional partnerships internally & with clients.


Craftsmanship

Continuously elevate the quality of our insights to amplify client business outcomes, drive exceptional agency output, and deliver an outstanding client experience.

  • Take a lead role in analytic services to both a&g's clients and internal teams
  • Design and conduct analyses in support of marketing initiatives encompassing a variety of channels (e.g. broadcast, out of home, website, online advertising, email, search); continue to evolve these forward
  • Train & lead junior team members in designing holistic dashboards based on data best practices and with the client audience needs factored into format
  • Design and interpret the results of in-market tests, and make future recommendations in response
  • Partner with technical resources to guide and QA the implementation of measurement solutions
  • Build and evolve comprehensive measurement and analysis plans
  • Lead client reporting conversations
  • Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes
  • Data consolidation and validation - guidance to junior team members in how to navigate data challenges

  • Continue to expand fluency in relevant interactive technologies
  • Integrated analysis of client business outcomes as a result of our paid + earned efforts as well as other influential audience touchpoints
  • Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents (e.g., hypothesis creation, identifying success metrics, definition of technical specifications) and post test analysis.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to advance media & measurement strategy to keep A&G at the industry forefront

  • Work across cross functional mid-level leadership team to identify & execute opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve program performance

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing; Master's a plus
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in direct marketing, online marketing, advertising, or consulting. Agency experience is strongly preferred, especially client-facing
  • Intellectually curious and a creative thinker and effective problem-solver
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment, including in a leadership role instilling these effective ways of working
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated time management and project leadership skills
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Proficiency/expertise with multiple digital analytics solutions (e.g. SiteCatalyst, HBX Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics, DART, Atlas)
  • Expertise with one or more statistical analysis tools a plus (e.g. SAS, SPSS, Stata)
  • Expertise with one or more relational database management systems (RDMS) a plus (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server)
