Your Role As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you’ll be the bridge between homeowners, boards, and support teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch community experiences. This dynamic position offers you the opportunity to lead with expertise while cultivating strong relationships. From day-to-day communications to overseeing community projects, no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role where your organizational and leadership skills will shine.
What You'll Do:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Client Relations: Maintain and manage multiple community relationships, providing excellent communication and customer service to homeowners, boards, and vendors.
  • Financial Management: Conduct monthly financial analyses and present insights to Boards of Directors, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Board Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding Boards of Directors in areas like rule and policy development, financial planning, and litigation prevention.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee vendor relationships and manage community projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
