You Are

A datadriven, analytically minded professional who thrives in a crossfunctional environment. You enjoy transforming complex datasets into clear insights, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, and influencing business decisions through data storytelling. You're comfortable owning models, pipelines, and dashboards endtoend, and you bring a strong sense of curiosity, accuracy, and business acumen.

You Will
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and external partners to understand business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.

  • Own the Sales Coverage Model, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy, client hierarchy management, and prioritization modeling.

  • Lead renewals campaign data and forecasting for the Inside Sales team.

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries (Snowflake and SQL Server), stored procedures, and data pipelines (SSIS) to support reporting and analytics.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, sources, and reports.

  • Build, optimize, and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting assets using multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights.

  • Conduct deepdive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and productivity.

  • Establish a regular cadence of insights delivery to stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for data models, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.

You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or a quantitative field (Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Math) or equivalent experience.

  • 4-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • At least four years of advanced SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.

  • Advanced experience using Snowflake for analytics.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle OLFM.

  • Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.

  • A passion for visualization, analysis, and championing datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Experience collaborating with delivery teams across time zones.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and secure executive buyin.

Preferred
  • Experience with Python.

  • Experience with Snowflake Intelligence / Agentic AI.

  • Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization, including familiarity with key marketing terminology.

Compensation:

The base range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

Location:

This is a U.S.-based role and we cannot consider global applications at this time. Can be either fully remote (anywhere in U.S.) or hybrid model, depending on proximity to Shelton, CT.
