itD is seeking a Product Manager, Adobe Analytics to lead the implementation, governance, and optimization of analytics tracking across Sephora's digital ecosystem. This role ensures accurate data collection, scalable measurement frameworks, and high-integrity insights that inform product, marketing, and business decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in analytics implementation and product management, with a proven track record of delivering robust tracking solutions, actionable insights, and cross-platform measurement strategies.

Remote (U.S. preferred, Pacific Time alignment)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation across desktop, mobile web, and app experiences
  • Define and manage tagging strategy, data layer requirements, and analytics governance for new features and releases
  • Translate business and product requirements into clear, sprint-ready user stories for analytics tracking
  • Partner with engineering and QA to implement, validate, and maintain accurate tracking across releases
  • Conduct QA of analytics tags using debugging tools, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution
  • Develop and evolve KPI frameworks aligned to product, marketing, and business objectives
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue trends

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience in web and mobile analytics implementation using Adobe Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Processing Rules, Classification Rules, and Workspace
  • Experience defining and implementing tracking for evars, props, events, and data layers
  • Proficiency in debugging and validating analytics tags using tools such as Charles or Fiddler
  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
  • Experience writing detailed user stories and working within Agile development environments
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and validate end-to-end analytics implementations
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and data insights to cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in retail or ecommerce environments with an understanding of digital conversion funnels and customer journeys
  • Background in product management with ownership of analytics or data-focused initiatives
  • Experience building scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cross-platform measurement strategies across web and mobile applications

Education
