Job description

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC has an opening for a Lead Analyst. This position can be located in either the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.
The Lead Analyst will support international activities and technology export-control requirements. The position will evaluate the exportability of technologies, contribute to organizational export policy, and support the development and coordination of international agreements.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational technology export policy.
  • Assess technologies for exportability and identify potential export-control considerations.
  • Evaluate novel sensor technologies and provide recommendations concerning technology insertion or additional maturation.
  • Support the drafting, staffing, processing, and maintenance of international agreements.
  • Assist with data exchange agreements, project agreements, and personnel exchange program agreements.
  • Coordinate international visits and meetings involving foreign dignitaries, military representatives, and senior leaders.
  • Recommend appropriate protocol for international engagements.
  • Coordinate agreement packages through internal stakeholders and higher headquarters.
  • Prepare analyses, briefings, correspondence, and status reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of international agreements and export-related actions.

Qualifications
  • Seven or more years of relevant export-control or technology-export experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of exportability assessments, international agreements, or technology-transfer requirements.
  • Ability to analyze technical information and explain export-related considerations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong research, analytical, written communication, and briefing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work on-site and coordinate with Government personnel at multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD or Army export-control and international-activities programs.
  • Familiarity with research and development, sensor technologies, or Army science and technology programs.
  • Experience coordinating data exchange, project, or personnel exchange agreements.

Hiring Range for this position: $138,500 - $158,000
