Job description

Analytica is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of an important Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) program. The PM will be responsible for overall contract performance, stakeholder engagement, project governance, quality management, reporting, risk management, and coordination of statistical review activities supporting Medicare overpayment estimation. The PM will serve as the primary interface with CMS leadership, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), program stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytical products and expert recommendations.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact 
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting:
    • Statistical sampling reviews
    • Overpayment estimation analyses
    • Appeals support activities
    • Trend analysis and reporting
    • Methodology governance initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with the Senior Statistician to ensure technical quality and timely delivery of analytical products.
  • Ensure analytical outputs support CMS program integrity objectives and operational decision-making.
  • Maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, staffing plans, risk registers, and quality management plans.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding project status, risks, and emerging issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline and six (6) years of relevant experience; OR  Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline and eight (8) years of relevant experience.
  • Current project management certification (e.g. PMP).
  • Experience supervising analytical, statistical, audit, compliance, or program integrity activities
