Job description

The LPS Manager, Inventory Operations and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end inventory strategies that align with company strategic initiatives. This role oversees coordination, planning, execution, and communication of all related strategies, ensuring successful implementation across the business.

Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Director, Inventory Planning & Replenishment to execute on strategic direction for inventory planning.
• Execute on strategies that support promotional, seasonal entry/exit, and overall flow plans/policies that meet financial objectives.
• Provide independent analysis of inventory reporting and make recommendations.
• Ensure day-to-day cross-functional alignment and execution of inventory strategies and tactical plans.
• Coach and mentor associates to develop talent within the team.
• Deliver consistent reporting and communication of actions to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 Years of experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, demand planning, replenishment, or a related field.
• 1-2 Years experience leading teams directly or indirectly.
Preferred Skills/Education
• Master’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
