Job Description
Requirements & Analysis

 

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
  • Conduct workshops/interviews to identify workflows and improvement areas
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and use cases

Solution Design

  • Map business processes to Guidewire capabilities
  • Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design
  • Define workflows, configurations, and business rules

Integration
 

  • Analyze and document integrations with third-party systems, data warehouses, and APIs
  • Testing & Validation
  • Support test planning, UAT, and defect resolution
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Provide updates and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Documentation & Training

  • Maintain documentation and deliver end-user training

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify enhancement opportunities and optimize Guidewire processes
