The Compliance Team at Eight Eleven Group is essential to maintaining regulatory standards, supporting company policies, and assisting with contract compliance to facilitate smooth client operations. We are a small team in an exciting rebuilding phase, aiming to strengthen our foundational processes and expand our capabilities. The Compliance Analyst reports to the Compliance Supervisor and owns compliance support for an assigned region, working closely with internal teams to anticipate and resolve compliance needs specific to that area. Join us as we build a dynamic Compliance Team to support Eight Eleven Group's growth and success!

Compliance Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Manage compliance projects from start to finish, including scoping, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Build out and strengthen compliance support structures for assigned internal teams, establishing the processes and relationships that allow those teams to come to Compliance proactively rather than reactively.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the Contracts Team in their review of compliance requirements in our master agreements and supporting documentation.
  • Serve as the assigned region’s subject matter resource on employment practice compliance, proactively monitoring regulatory developments and surfacing relevant changes to the team.
  • Researching, reviewing and communicating compliance requirements as requested
  • Maintain continuous updates to the Compliance resource library, including identifying and closing gaps
  • Perform any compliance audits required to maintain active certifications and licensure
  • Manage business license renewals and filings, ensuring active and compliant status across applicable jurisdictions
  • Respond to personnel records requests as requested by local, county and state governing bodies
  • Project work as assigned to you by your lead and/or supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years experience working in employment practice compliance is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience working in the staffing industry and/or a high volume work environment, capable of working fast paced
  • 3-5 years experience working with Managed Service Providers is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience providing support to internal stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • 3-5 years experience in project management, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously from scoping through completion
