Customers reach out, Data entry, Coordinate site surveys, support onsite technicians, milestone management
Roles & Responsibilities
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate site surveys across assigned locations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onsite technicians during survey activities.
• Assist technicians in understanding survey requirements, documentation standards, and data collection procedures
• Maintain accurate records of survey status, findings and completion metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLO benchmarks
Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 a year
