A Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer experiences, and driving loyalty through proactive communication and engagement strategies.

Role Overview

You'll focus on fostering positive interactions with our customers. You'll ensure clients receive exceptional service, support, and timely responses to inquiries, which directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role often involves managing customer service teams, analyzing engagement metrics, and implementing targeted communication strategies to improve overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through phone, email, in-person meetings, and digital platforms to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product or service information.

Relationship Management: Build long-term trust by maintaining proactive, service-oriented relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Campaigns and Communication: Develop and execute automated client engagement campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communication strategies.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer feedback, engagement metrics, and behavior to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to align engagement initiatives with business objectives and enhance service delivery.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical challenges, manage operational queries, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

License: Active P&C License

Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, sales support, customer relationship management, or related fields.
