Job description

Position Summary:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Technology Solutions Engagement Analyst to support the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this key role, you will serve as an action officer assisting the client in assessing technology and cybersecurity solutions as well as interacting with industry partners.
This position does not permit remote or hybrid work options with all job duties performed full-time onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of commercial solutions for federal government information technology and cybersecurity requirements to the analysis and vetting of industry engagement opportunities.
  • Provide administrative, logistical, and analytical support for the vetting, prioritization, planning, and execution of industry engagements, including the development of plans of actions and milestones, invitations, agendas, senior leader talking points, briefings and information papers, attendance rosters, meeting summaries, and tracking actions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external Department of War (DoW) stakeholders on all aspects of engagements meetings, including read-ahead development and distribution and Pentagon visitor protocols.
  • Track and analyze issues and priorities across engagements and coordinate progress with internal and external POCs.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in accordance with DoW-level requirements.
  • Track metrics and develop methods for improving industry engagement processes and outcomes.
  • Maintain forum SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools.
  • Provide similar support to other engagement efforts, e.g., with stakeholders in academia or with international partners, on an as needed basis.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, project management, business administration, government or other related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience or a high school diploma with 14+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in information technology solutions, including supporting, analyzing, or implementing technology products or services.
  • Experience coordinating events and / or meetings.
  • Experience supporting GO/FO/SES clients or similar senior leaders.
  • Experience developing and coordinating tasks in CATMS or similar task management and / or planning tools.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting clients at the OSW level.
  • Familiarity with the DoW CIO portfolio.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, plan, and execute with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.
