We're looking for enthusiastic Go-Kart Track and Ride Operators to join our team and provide an excellent and safe experience for our guests.

Job Description: As a Go-Kart Track and Rides Operator, you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests as they experience our tracks and rides. This role requires attentiveness, friendliness, and a commitment to safety and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive first impression by welcoming guests and assisting with ride instructions and procedures.
  • Operate and monitor go-karts and rides to ensure safety and proper functionality.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading and ensure riders are securely fastened.
  • Communicate, monitor, and enforce safety guidelines, including height and weight restrictions.
  • Perform track and ride inspections, and complete necessary documentation for opening and closing duties.
  • Quickly and safely address ride malfunctions or spinouts and report issues to the team lead, supervisor, or manager on duty.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tracks, ride areas, and parking lot.
  • Refuel go-karts as needed and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide a safe and memorable experience for guests by creating a friendly and fun atmosphere.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and act as a role model in professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50-100 pounds regularly, and push up to 350 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.
  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
