Description
  • Providing excellent guest service by greeting guests and ensuring a safe, enjoyable ride experience.
  • Operating amusement rides using the control panel and proper procedures.
  • Checking all guest restraints and maintaining constant vigilance while the ride is in motion.
  • Completing a pre-opening inspection checklist for your assigned ride and confirming all functions are operating properly.
  • Communicating ride instructions and safety guidelines clearly and loudly to guests.
  • Providing information about park rules and ride regulations to guests as needed.
  • Monitoring the ride and surrounding area to ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the ride area.
  • Closing and cleaning the ride area at the end of your shift.
  • Reporting any ride malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
  • Supporting fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Friendly, responsible, and safety-conscious.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and work outdoors during the summer season.
  • Flexible schedule based on seasonal demands, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
